| FRAMING | Picture Frames - do not grow on trees - but
wood does. All frames are made from woods from sustainable sources and the descriptions 'mahogany' and 'gold' are only used to describe the colour and finish. |
| MOUNTED PRINTS | Presented in a double mount, or matt, in
colours carefully chosen to suit the picture with certificate of authenticity enclosed. |
| FRAMED PRINTS | Now available in three standard
frames each with a double mount. Mahogany - 1" wide traditional mahogany colour frame with narrow gold inner edge. Natural pine - 1¾" natural pine. Antique pine - distressed 'antiqued' style pine frame 1¾" wide. Other framing is available - gold, oak etc. at customer request. Certificate of authenticity attached to the back of the frame. |
| FRAMED WITHOUT A MOUNT | Distressed pine - 2½" wide pine with distressed battered effect. Considerably cheaper than the above tailor made frames as we buy them in larger numbers and the time consuming process of mount cutting etc. is saved. A decor item really - not recommended for serious print collectors with an eye to the future but nevertheless very popular with many customers. |
| CARRIAGE | UNFRAMED PRINTS Sent world-wide, POST FREE in a cardboard tube with certificate enclosed. MOUNTED or FRAMED |
| LIMITED EDITIONS | My limited editions are NOT and WILL NOT be
available as greetings cards, or prints in any other size. A limited edition is a collectors item and it should be what it says it is - limited. One version, one edition and no other - after all, that is what you are paying for. Each limited edition print is individually signed and numbered by myself and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. |
| IMAGE SIZE | As I vignette my paintings - that is I fade
them out to white, for nothing in nature has a rectangle around it - the image area stated
is - 'The area of the picture and the white space around it that I intend to be the total
composition' - the area that looks best within the window of the mount or matt. |
| GUARANTEES | Please remember that the colour reproduction
on your computer screen will not do justice to the quality of the prints we sell.
Nevertheless, we undertake to refund your money if you are not satisfied with your
purchase, providing the print has not been damaged and it is returned to us in its
original or similar packaging. |
| INVESTMENT | PLEASE buy a print for pleasure - any
increase in value in the future should be regarded as a bonus. |
